At Damn Right, Sister, each item is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs, but it also means our return policy differs from traditional retail.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference.
All products are made to order and cannot be restocked.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, we are unable to offer a refund. Reshipment may be available at your cost.
European Union Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse for EU orders.
This does not affect your rights where an item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
